QUAGEENA

Hyderabadi Food is the most sought after cuisines across the globe. It appeals to all taste-buds cos it has abundance of sour, sweet and savoury recipes. This food has rich taste due its spices, nuts and other condiments.
So, i m here to help the ones who want to experiment with this yummy cuisine....

Post eid, I m going lite...I jus had KHADI-DAL, PARATHA and NIMRISH. So, lemme know of other such light food recipes of ur choice..To begin with, i would like to share this recipe with u all while i m cooking this delectable dish.

QUAGEENA
Serves-3

Ingredients:-
Onions - 2 large, sliced
Eggs - 3
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Vegetable or Sunflower Oil - 3 tbsp
Green chiliies -2 chopped (optional)
Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves

Method:-
Heat oil in a wok, Add onions and stir till they become translucent.
Add tumeric pwd. and ginger garlic paste. You can also add chopped green chillies if you like it hot. Give it a stir for about 2 minutes and check if the onions are cooked. i mean they should become soft. at this stage add chilli powder snd salt and again stir it for 2 minutes.
Crack open the eggs and pour them into the wok. reduce the flame and cover it for 5 minutes. put off the flame and finally garnish it with coriander. My yummy khageena is ready...i must rush now to binge on it.. bye
